Lousy people skills.

I don't know what it is, but every time I call this place they act like I'm interrupting something far more important than helping a customer.

Is it a requirement to work at Napa that you have to be an A-hole? I'm done, last straw, I'll never spend another dime at Napa, I'll order online & wait a week before I'll be treated like a chump again.
