Another company came out to fix my bathroom faucet -- hot water side wouldn't shut off. I was told I needed a new faucet, he didn't even take anything apart. I called Northside Plumbing and they came out right away and fixed it with all new parts and cleaned it up -- works better than ever and I didn't have to replace my original 1962 faucet! I will never call anyone else...very very impressed with their knowledge and professionalism.

I have been here a handful of times and always treated well and gotten what I've needed. Today however was a different case. I arrived originally at 11:10 on a Sunday, found that the picture of the unit I had sent to me wasn't enough for "Bob" the counter salesman, so went to pick it up to bring in. I arrived back at 11:50 and was 3rd in line. "Bob" was disgusted and shook his head. He proceeded to shake his head at me 3x while helping the gentleman before me. He was very nice to that guy but was absolutely disgusted with me for whatever reason. After wrapping up the sale with the customer prior to me, he then turned off the lights, he stormed off to the backroom taking off his shirt while mumbling under his breath and shaking his head. Then returned to the counter, raised his voice, saying, "I don't know what you've got here, I'm supposed to be at a funeral, you know. It's after close." I simply stated the fact that I arrived at 11:50. He began the process of examining what I had to be fixed saying, "We'll see what I can do, but has to be quick." Dude, they're stems for an American Standard Faucet. I simply walked away. I obviously ruined this guy's day with having a need and money in hand and arriving prior to close for a local business I would like to help rather than shipping it off to Home Depot or Lowes...but here I am now. Thanks Bob! You sir are the WRONG GUY to be representing a business like North Side Plumbing with your lack of professionalism, poor customer service, and childish behavior! I honestly feel bad for you and especially for the business you represent! I read you loud and clear with your first head shake that I had stepped in too late to be assisted to you...wish you would've said it then, or had simply changed your sign to read we'll wait on you as long as you arrive prior to 10 minutes before we close...Open Door = Open Business = Top Notch Customer Service

We just moved here and didn't know who to call. Both our realtor and neighbor suggested North Side Plumbing. I'm glad we called. The plumber was friendly, helpful and did a good job.

The service was good and effective. The plumbing guy was helpful in explaining what he was going to do.
