Since our family doctor is out of the office for the rest of the week, his secretary told me to take my children (young teenagers) to RAPID Care to see one of their doctors for their flue like symptoms and dizziness. After waiting in line for 2 hours we got back to a room to see the doctor, when he came in, you could automatically tell he was in a bad mood. But once he started snapping at not just one of my children, but both when he asked them what their symptoms were, ... and was telling them ... "I worked ALL day at my regular office and HAD to come in here and volunteer as soon as I got off of work, I am exhausted and don't have time to play your guessing games!, stop fooling around and tell me why you are here!", .... UMMMM, NO, your NOT going to talk to my children like that when they were simply trying to explain how they were feeling, and after they waited on the lobby floor holding their heads up from being so sick! AND, he sent them home with arthritis & ulcer medicine. WHAT the WHAT???!! ... I just flushed them down the toilet and scheduled an appointment with their regular doctor, as I bought more oc meds till we can get in. THANKS Doc, for nothing! OH AND, ... if you don't like your job, ... find another one! Don't make your patients pay for your misery!! ... NEVER returning! EVER! We will go to the ER next time!

Dr Jakacki is wonderful! He always takes as much time as I need and addresses all of my health issues. Considering I have multiple neurological and endocrine autoimmune diseases it can take me longer sometimes. Yes there is usually a wait, but he is giving the same quality care to all of his patients. If you call ahead or stop by the office you can get an approximate wait time and leave a number where the office can reach you when your appointment is next. I went undiagnosed for 20 years with ge...
