Pro Tow cut my brake line and blamed me for it. I had to argue for over an hour simply to get the owner to tow my car to my mechanic to get a professional opinion. One of the worst businesses in Fort Wayne.

These guys were the most unprofessional,rudest and negative employees of any place of business that I have ever met ! Even the owner of the company was rude and obnoxious, disrespectful and I'm being nice about this !!! Don't use these guys ! Beware people

BEWARE THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS! THEY TOWED MY SISTERS VAN THEN DAMAGED IT! WHEN CONFRONTED THEY KICKED US OFF OF THE PROPERTY. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE DO NOT TRUST UR VEHICLE WITH THESE PEOPLE. THEY DONT EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR BUT IT WOULDNT LET ME POST WITHOUT ONE. SHUT THESE PEOPLE DOWN!
