I was a Rolf Griffin customer for years! I left to go to another company. I'm back! Today I had a new toilet installed. I was very pleased with the work of Mark and Ryan! Mark answered all of my many questions ! They were careful and cleaned up after they were finished! I am very happy that I came back to Rolf Griffin!

Rolf-Griffin Heating & Air Conditioning Fort Wayne, I was In my parents attic running a new antenna line. Knowing they had a Lennox A/C and gas furnace installed. I checked it out. They must have seen my parents on a fixed income coming. I showed up a week after the annual inspection (my mother said took 20 min or less.) I just couldn't believe the installation if you want to call it that. Where do I start? 1. A/C unit outside is unlevel, 2. Gaps in siding soffits (they sprayed expanding foam that looks like crap) 3.tore insulation on A/C evap. line causing it to sweat and drip in attic.4 Did not seal A/C lines where it went through ceiling. I have all pictures just E-mail a request to this address and I will send them to you.‎ [email protected] I believe they did such a poor install knowing my parents couldn't get in the attic. Beware you have been warned....

I had a Lenox air conditioner and furnace installed via Rolf/Griffin. The people at Rolf/Griffin in Fort Wayne did an exceptional job!!! I am very pleased with their work and how they treated me. I had many questions and wanted to watch how they did things and they were very open and honest and willing to talk with me through the whole process from routine maintenance to saying there is a problem, to doing a free estimate, to doing the actual installing. I felt very comfortable and safe and cared for through the whole process. I love to learn and each person I was in contact with helped me learn. Thank you for doing such a wonderful job!!!! I would highly recommend your services. I also am very pleased with my new Lenox air conditioner and furnance. I can already tell a great improvement over my old ones!!!!
