They aren't perfect but I still like them better than Peerless. I like the hours of operation and being able to pick up and drop off my stuff at off-hours and throughout the weekend. They need to do a little better with training their employees and, I suspect, pay them more.

Would never go here for service.

This is one of the few places you can take your wedding dress to in Fort Wayne for cleaning and preservation. I only requested a cleaning and was quoted 2 weeks for completion. It's now been 4 weeks and they still haven't cleaned the dress. If you take your wedding dress here, be sure to ask what their policy is if it's not completed on time. Wish I did, although I may still ask for a discount since it's taking them over twice as long as they quoted.
