Tri-State Medical Group, LLC (TSMG) is an Independent Practice Association (IPA) formed in 1996. TSMG, LLC is an IPA which presently has ninteen medical practices, representing over 100 practicing physicians and 75 Allied Helath Professionals. TSMG also provides ongoing Menaged Care Support, Credentialing, Compliance and Billing Services for over 200 physicians and 125 Allied Health Professionals who are non-IPA members throughout the United States. The Services TSMG contracts for are the following: Managed Care Support, Credentialing, Hospital and Ambulatory Surgery Center Verification, Healthcare Compliance Support: HIPAA Privacy and Security, Fraud, Waste and Abuse and General Compliance, OSHA, and Medical Billing.
