Old woman working was incredibly rude! She seemed annoyed that I interrupted her tv show and treated me like an idiot even after I told her that I don't smoke and was trying to get a Christmas gift for a friend. She then told me it wasn't her job to explain the pipes to me. I gave up trying to pick something myself with no knowledge and no assistance so I asked for her to just pick whichever one she would've liked to receive at which point she rolled her eyes, dramatically sighed, grabbed a pipe and walked away. Even though I'd had good experiences at the Taylor location, I will never shop at any of their stores again. Absolutely awful service. She should be fired.
