Great group of guys to deal with in every department !

I bought a auto with no warranty, the next morning I noticed oil on my driveway, I called and they said they would fix it, But I changed my mind that I decided I want my CRV back..Appreciated they took their auto back, especially when it had NO WARRANTY..

Pat said the facility was nice and clean. Josh took time out of his busy schedule to talk to her about the issues with her vehicle which she appreciated very much. Josh is an excellent mechanic and he has great people skills.

They contacted me and also replied to my question. Because of the holiday week, I didn't make the 62 mile trip, so I am still shopping

I was introduced to Ultimate through Car GuRu. I made an internet inquiry and they responded immediately. I am still currently in process of gathering information on multiple vehicles. They have been very helpful, Rick has sent me additional pics as it's a bit of a drive from where I live. I would recommend this dealer in the future.
