The two techs who took care of me made a bad day much better, they were professional but not stuffy and arrogant as some are. The lightness of their attitudes was comforting to me as I was not doing well at all. First responders see people on some of their worst days and yet they keep it light but always patients first. I wish I could remember their names so I could include it here but I do know the ambulance had a shark sticker on the inside of the door which made me laugh so to them if you read this, thank you so much for being there and for being so kind and compassionate.
