I'm not sure why they have bad reviews I have been going to Aby's Hair Braiding for about 20yrs and I promise they have NEVER disappointed me. I love who works on my hair! My hair does not break and I also let them take down and wash for me! 5stars in my book!🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩

Do not use these unprofessional ladies to braid your hair. They will lie about how long it will take and will have you in unnecessary pain. I only used them because my braid girl was out of town. They did a horrible job and were very unprofessional. I will never go back!

I have patches of missing hair and sores with blood spots from the braid I received from this place they never informed me how to take care of my braids nor did they tell me they put glue in my hair to attach the braids to my hair which is shoulder length ... What was the purpose of the glue when they took the braids out they pulled patches of hair out I am left with sores and hair loss and the bald spots have sores with blood spots I don't know what to do .... Please avoid this place I am suffering deeply

The staff were uncaring. At one point, I had 3 people braiding my hair which was fine: I complained 3 times that one of them was hurting my head. They didn't care. They said that she had to do it like that. Also , they talked amongst themselves in a foreign language the entire time. One if then in particular was really talking loud. I will never return. I did not like the atmosphere.
