My experience at Access Dental on McCart has been horrible. I've gone twice to have a root canal and crown buildup done and both experiences have been unpleasant. The total look of the place was at par. It could of used some cleaning or a touch up. The staff was not professional at all. While taking me in and examining me, I think I heard 2 or 3 different personal stories that should of been kept to themselves. Again, the staff was very unprofessional and they do not make you feel welcomed.



Dr. Puri practically stabbed my jaw with an injection to numb my mouth. His inability to perform the root canal caused me to be referred to a specialist. At this specialist's office, the injections to numb my mouth felt more like a pinch rather than a knife going through my jaw bone. To add to that, one of the assistants installed a temporary filling that was not place correctly and caused my bite to be higher on one end and give me problems chewing.



Unfortunately, my dental emergency was over the Christmas break and Access Dental was the fastest, closest office I could fine. Now I wish I could of done more research and found a BETTER office.



Please don't make the mistake I did. Take time to find a good office with good reviews.



I am rating Access Dental on McCart 1 star because that's the lowest I'm allowed to give.

THIS PLACE IS EXTREMELY FILTHY. AS SOON AS I WALKED INTO THIS PLACE THE STAFF WAS VERY RUDE TO ME AND MY CHILDREN. WHEN MY CHILDREN GOT AN EXAM BY A DR. PURI HE DIAGNOSED MY CHILDREN WITH TONS OF CAVITIES. AND I TAKE THEM TO THE DENTIST EVERY SIX MONTHS. I CAME TO THE CONCLUSION THAT THIS PLACE WAS TAKING ADVANTAGE OF MY INSURANCE (MEDICAID). AND TO TOP IT ALL OFF HE WAS NOT THE ONE WHO GAVE MY CHILDREN THEIR CLEANINGS, IT WAS THE DENTAL ASSISTANT STUDENT WHO WAS DOING HER TRAINING THERE. I SUGGEST EVERYONE TO STAY AWAY FROM ALL ACCESS DENTALS. I REPORTED THIS PLACE TO THE STATE BOARD AND THEY ARE GOING TO DO AN INVESTIGATION. DO NOT LET THIS EXPERIENCE HAPPEN TO YOU.
