We were selling our home, but had several rooms of carpet that needed cleaning. Jason from Ace of Clean, came out, gave us a competitive price for the job. We had looked him up on Google, and he had excellent reviews and I can certainly see why. Not only did he do an amazing job on our filthy carpet (it even had dark spots that he removed), he was providing us information regarding cleaning/dying our grout. Now this is something he does, but he was helping us with the intention of us doing it our self! To me that is fantastic customer service. When you are looking out for your customer more than yourself, that's a good business practice. As a small business owner, I appreciate so much his honesty and integrity. It makes a difference in this world! He has a customer as long as he is in business, and we will recommend him to all our friends/neighbors/customers!!
