I think that this is one of the best companies that I have ever dealt with. The communication between me and this company was consistant with what they said it would be. They called me when they said that they would. They arrived as promised. The repair of my dryer required a second trip by the technician and I was not charged anything extra. Very impressed. After my KitchenAid dishwasher door smashed my knees a couple times I called AAA Service late Tuesday morning. Due to a cancellation, Debbie was able to schedule Bill to my rescue the same day. This is a great company, they are true to there word. Debbie is very nice, she is very professional on the phone and Bill is a great repairman, he really knows his stuff. He just today fixed my refrigerator and I am so happy. They stand by there work and are very nice people. So now I can go and buy some food...lol GREAT JOB!!!!!
