Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) situated in Fort Worth, Texas, was formed to help people who want to quit drinking. It is staffed by recovering alcoholics who are there to aid new members day and night. AA aims to help men and women who come from different walks of life to recover from alcoholism. By sharing stories of hope and strength, the members can support each other as well as new members to continue being sober. They follow the ÔTwelve Steps of Alcoholics AnonymousÕ, which is the foundation of the program of recovery. These steps help the members to be emotionally and personally balanced in their recovery journey. AA is not associated with any organization or institution.
