I purchased parts that were shipped to me in California. Jason, the manager did an excellent job in replying to emails and facilitating the sale of the parts at a reasonable price including shipping. The parts dismantling guys also did a great job at removing the parts and avoiding damage. My items were then packaged well protected and arrived in good shape. Thanks!

Unless am almost dying of desperation,am never going back there.Called them for a part's availability and they said it was there,drove in hail rain for an hour since I really needed the part that day.Their general policy is that you remove the part yourself,but that part wasn't removable by simple tools that a customer normally carries.I even enlisted the help of some of their lot attendants and they couldn't remove the part either.I informed two guys named Tim and Chris that the part would require specialized tools for removal but they refused to have someone do that and were very unsympathetic even after making me drive for an hour for the part.So I paid for the part to be removed and shipped the following day,and it hasn't arrived even on the day it was supposed to arrive.
