Terrible. More concerned with their hustle than they are taking care of the customer and getting them into the car they want. They lied to me and told me that the features I waned came STOCK so that I would buy the car they wanted me to buy. I had to go back in and publically throw a fit only for them to be charge more for features I was told were stock. Disgusted with this team. Crooked.

My husband went and Bought a Chevy from Classic Cheverolet a week later and our experience there was COMPLETELY DIFFERENT. These people are horrible and you should go somewhere else.

One of the worst places in the Metroplex to get your car serviced. These people were rude, unprofessional & uncaring. They charged high prices for small amount of work. I doubt, they actually did any work that day on our car. Don't waste your time & money.

DO NOT take your car here for service! This dealership does not know what they are doing and are rude. We brought our car in the be serviced and were told it would be done quickly. 8 days later and they still can't come up with some of the proper parts and keep blaming it on everyone else. We were told today that it will now be and additional 8 WEEKS before they can get the proper parts. INEXCUSABLE! The service advisors do not return phone calls and when I asked to speak with the manager they said he doesn't speak to customers. This is no way to do business. Stay far away. This dealership may look nice on the outside but it is terrible on the inside!

I warn you, DO NOT BUY A CAR/TRUCK FROM THIS PLACE. On May 2005 we bought a 2005 Dodge Ram 1500. At 36,000 we had a major transmission problem and luckly we still had a full warranty, so they say they fixed the problem. On August 2009 at only 60,000 miles the transmission once again had some major issues. Then they tell us there is this $100.00 DEDUCTABLE, that by the way is not listed in the paperwork with the warranty. We spoke to Greg Harrison the "big wig" at this dealership and his words are "we are only the dealership" we didn't build it, not our problem. I dont recommened doing business with this comapny at all. Paying this kind of money we can go anywhere with better customer service.

The transmission repair was done under warranty and it does have a 100.00 deductable. This is clearly written in the warranty manual. It is true we dont write the warranty. However we do honor the manufacturer's warranty as it is written. we service over 2000 vehicles a month and strive to deliver and maintain a quality service experience. thanks, Greg
