Let me start by saying, the braids done at this shop are very nice and neat. HOWEVER, you can find nice braids anywhere! I have never been waited on at the time of my appointment. I've waited over a hour TWICE to have services rendered! And with no apology for their tardiness! If you have all day to sit in a hot shop to get your hair braided, this is the place for you. However, I value professionalism and stylist who keep to their appointment time. Like I said, the work is great, unfortunately its not worth the time it takes to get service

I have gone to bebe for over 7 yrs. I have never had a bad experience there. I always say you pay for what u get and my hair always looks great when I come out of there. I will say that it takes awhile to braid my hair but I will wait to get what I want.

I would never ever come back here again! They are very rude! I've been here since 10am, its 7:30pm & they are nowhere near done. The lady who braided my hair talked on the phone the entire time! She started then stop over a million times. I will say this they do good work, but its not worth it! I will never ever come back again!

This was my first time going to this shop and overall the experience was ok. The pros: love my hair!!, (i got long senegalese twist),clean shop,nice tv to keep you entertained.Cons:SLOW,i only had bb(the owner)doing my hair at first. I guess since i paid more than $200 she wanted to do a good job. Anyway it took them 12 whole hours to finish. The other girl didnt come in until about the last 3 hrs. They are RUDE!too. They were speaking in their native language(frech) very loudly. Maybe im parinoid but when they do that it always makes me think theyre talking about me or just the customers in general.If you do go there be ready to sit all day and listen to some loud french.

Very rude and unprofessional. I went today to try invisible micro braids, I had a appointment time so much for that. They were taking their time one lady even left her customer to go somewhere poor little girl. They were short staff it wouldn't been so bad if I didn't had a appointment but they act like I was in there way when they overbooked. I want ever go there again. Matter of fact I walked after they tried to tell me get another hair style instead. NEVER AGAIN GO TO ISHA WHERE THEY FRIENDLY AND DO A BETTER JOB

Braid are not for everyone. Im satisfied with my invisable braids and have been going to BB for 6 yrs when i have the desire for braids. Everyone hair texture isnt good for invisable braids. Braids come out of the back of my hair a day or two after being done. That doesnt bother me because it usualy a braid on my baby hair, nothin noticable. I dont want anyone else braiding my hair.

i hve lng hair dwn my back. this was my 1st time going 2 bebe. when i got my hair braided. i didnt like that bebe didnt do my whole head. she only braided the front. she had 3 other wmn braiding the back and the sides. the braids look good in the frnt but the top and back was spaced out. as the braids grew i noticed that their were only a few strands in each braid which began to pull the more my hair grew. then she put knots at the end of the braids that only they can take down. youll have to go back to them to take the braids out. she didnt realize that my hair was long until she started combing my brads out. she didnt take the braids out one at a time she grabbed a handfull cut the knots and then she combed out the braids. my hair is fine so she pulled my hair out with the braids. my hair looks horrible. i had to cut it. its to my shoulders now. i feel bald now. it took me 12 yrs to grow my hair that long. i wont be goin back to them ever.

The atmosphere is culturaly amazing and funny. The lady's have fun while still treating their customers in a professional manner. Their braiding techniques are wonderfull. No matter what your gender or race is Bebe's the place to go. So head over to Bebe's and let them work wonders on your hair. My micro braids were done in 4 hours and they got to me right away. By the way, they also welcome walk-in's.

sorry ladies but i was very happy about my hair, the service was excellent and i think that paying200$ for a job, that taking 7 hours to be done and you can keep for 2 to 3 months it's worth it.try to keep your anger for you.

I've gone here twice to get my hair braided both times I had problems with the back of my hair. Both times it was the same lazy woman braiding my hair the front of my hair was very very neat and meticulously braided while the middle and the back of my hair looked like i braided it myself and I can't braid. I paid $220 the 1st time because I was told my hair was too short and i wanted it braided half way down. i got home and looked in the back of my head and saw how large the parts were and was very disappointed that I was forced to pay a price that high and not get what I felt $220 should have bought me it was extremely sloppy. I thought I'd give this place another try so I went a 2nd time and was told i had to get the $200 braids because my hair was short now keep in mind my hair had grown considerably but i had not permed it so it really wasn't that short the same girl braided the back of my hair again i had to go back twice because the braids came down and they were RUDE

They are very rude and poor quality DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE from my experience here the only person who can truly braid at this shop is the owner BeBe the others are sheisty lazy and do a whole lot of talking and not enough braiding the braids are usually really pretty in the front where the client can see but in the back where they think you aren't going to look it's sloppy parted way too big and they charge you for quality you don't received most of the time you have to go back because braids in the back come undone literally. I feel if I'm paying $200+ to braid my haid i shouldn't have to worry about quality or have to waste my time and gas coming back to your shop for you to do what i paid you to do in the 1st place

DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS! They rip you off charge you $200.00 for a $60 dollar braiding job. I was told I had to get the $200.00 braids because my hair was short in the back. However my hair wasn't really that short. I said ok agreed and not 3 days passed when the braids in the back and in the top back part of my hair (where my hair is about 4 inches long) came unbraided. I called and spoke with the owner Bebe who told me to come back so I did the young lady who'd braided my hair was to correct and rebraid the hair and tie the knots so they would not come down again. She was angry and spoke in native tongue so i would not understand what she was saying but she snatched and pulled and intentionally yanked my head to let me know she was upset about having to redo my hair...not even a week later a co-worker pick my braid up off the floor and said did you lose this...I was utterly humiliated and yes there are more braids coming unbraided. I've called the owner again. POOR SVC!!!
