First I just want to say that without mr. Berenson and his team we never would have gained closure. My family was so distraught with the loss of our father. Not only did mr Berenson and his team give us closure but they were there for us emotionally as well as physically. I am a better father to my children today and a better husband to my wife. When we lost our father I could not move forward with life. I was stuck in a bad rut and couldn't get out. Mr Berenson helped me deal with my emotions and saved me from choices that I could have made. He was there to give us the information we needed in settling my dad's affairs that were left after his passing. Also his team was great with communication if we had a question it was answered right away even if it was at 7pm or on the weekend. Highly recommended I got rear ended last year on I-35. The guy hit me hard, but because it hit my bumper, it didn't do a lot of damage to my car. But my children and me were hurt and had to go to therapy. Allstate agreed to repair my car, but they sent a letter saying that since there was only $650 damage to the car, there was no way I could be hurt and they are not going to pay for any therapy. After that, I asked a friend if they knew any good lawyers and she said she used Mr. Berenson a few years ago and he did good. Mr. Berenson fought against allstate and they backed down. They agreed to pay for all my medical bills and gave me and my kids a lot of money for our pain and suffering. Highly reccomended.

My fiancée and I were in a wreck in Hurst several months ago on Precinct-Line Road. A man tried to run a stop sign and hit us head on. It completely totaled our car. No one wanted to help us. Allstate blew us off – didn't want to help us one bit. We couldn't get a rental car or anything. Mr. Berenson and his staff went through, fought very hard for us. Got our car fixed, got our medical bills taken care of, and even put some money in our pocket. We didn't expect anything. We just needed someone to help us out to get our car fixed and help us with our medical bills. Mr. Berenson and his staff went above and beyond and did more than we could have ever imagined. I couldn't possibly thank them enough.

I called Mr. Berenson after I was hit by an RV while I was waiting to cross the street in my wheelchair. The truck jumped the curb and hit me then drove away. Fortunately, a woman driving by chased him down and called the police. Foremost Insurance tried to say the crash was my fault and that I drove into the side of the RV. Why would I do that? The driver even tried to make me pay for the damage to the RV. Mr. Berenson found a witness and got the insurance company to pay me all the insurance he had. I think anyone who has been in a wreck needs to hire Mr. Berenson. He is a fantastic lawyer and he knows what he's doing. He gets the job done, and his assistants are fantastic too. Overall, I like Mr. Berenson a lot and you should definitely hire him.
