DO NOT USE BLACKSMITH FENCE COMPANY
One month after I hired Blacksmith Fence Company to install a $20,000.00 chain link fence on my property on June 08th 2017, A 50 foot section of a 100 foot run of the fence started to lean over from the wind, this was the only area of the entire fence to fail due to sub-standard fence poles that was used instead of using a larger diameter for the 8 foot high fence with privacy slats. I informed the owner of the business ( Ty ) what had happened and he agreed to repair the fence and would call me back with a time and date, almost two years later and several calls Ty has not returned my calls nor has he showed up to repair the fence.
I want the fence repaired with the proper material, I cannot open the entrance gate on that side of the house because of the bent over section of the fence, I gave Blacksmith Fence Company plenty of time (going on two years) to correct this problem, but he will not comply and continues to lie to me when he tells me he will look at his schedule and get back with me. I have given them more than enough time to address this issue, now I'm forced to hire another fence contractor to repair his shoddy workmanship, I also feel the money I paid for the fence was not worth what I received.
