Today was my first visit with this vet office and I was very impressed. Dr. Hollars definitely knows how to handle large parrots like mine! Every other vet I've taken my bird to just gets him in, pokes around at his head, feet, and belly, and sends me on my way. Dr. Hollars not only took the time to calm him down but spent time talking with me about his past, his diet, his behavior, etc. I will be taking him back to the Boat Club vet from now on.

We took our dog in who was 14 years old he was in so much pain, we had to say goodbye. Betsy Oesch and the entire staff were so caring and genuine. I cannot thank you enough for all your help getting through this sad time. I highly recommend them if you want someone to care for your dog as much as you do!

We've been coming here for years. They explain everything were doing, patient with questions, give options, and written estimates. Friendly staff.

There are few clinics whose sole goal is the care and well-being of your animal. This clinic is not one of them. When you are held hostage by the vet's office as they refuse to release your beloved pet from boarding until you pay for a second exam? There is something terribly wrong. I could understand if the animal was ill, but this amounts to extortion. Take your pet elsewhere - before you're saddled with incredible fees, charges, and overpriced services from a staff who don't have your pet's interest in mind - just your bank account.

I've been bringing my pets to Boat Club for almost 10 years and I've always been impressed with the care and attention that my animals have received. Everything has always gone smoothly and I can tell that the staff truly care about pets and their owners. I love that they are always looking out for the best way to care for my pet - not just only doing what I ask for (because I don't always know what's necessary!). Dr. Dedwylder and Dr. Martin are both very skilled as well as compassionate. You can definitely trust them with your pets!
