Management and staff were professional and easy to work with. We had never had the occasion to use a catering service. I was guided to them through Google and a few venue recommendations. Our guests were impressed with the great tasting and beautifully presented food. The staff was friendly and efficient. The food was food was delicious, the cake was gorgeous, and the buffet table was perfect. We would be glad to serve as their reference anytime. Gotta love 'em!

My mom & I did quite a bit of research before hiring CFY. We were very pleased with everything. This company was very detail oriented and really helped me out a lot. I had no idea that they could decorate and coordinate a wedding. This was a huge plus for us and really made the planning a nice experience. Their food was great (of course) and our wedding day went smoothly. I would recommend this group of talented professionals to anyone. REALLY!

Used Catered For You for our wedding. A fantastic job is what I got. The food was so tasty and well presented. Our guest LOVED the street tacos. Chef Able is so talented. And the food was so yummy. Had Sarah as our wedding coordinator. Going with the wedding coordinator was money well spent, as I was truly able to enjoy our family and guests. My husband loved how well the night flowed and we danced and danced. Never had to worry about a thing. I would highly recommend them.



Looks like we have some haters on this site. I really can't understand why some people do that. Is this for real, or is it jealous competitors trying to slander someone? You can get sued for doing that, either way. But...OUR experience was fantastic.

Not worth the decent price

May I also ask what Bambi is refferring to? They never mention the location of their wedding, how does she know where they were and how can that be her claim, that she never catered there? I also received this same rude response to me questioning them changing my pricing last minute, 2 weeks before my wedding and only after accepting my final payment. She claimed they forgot to add extra for the champange toast that according to all previous documents was included in my package, but I paid for it and had to bring cash or money order to her office due to being with in 2 weeks of the wedding. Seriously it was their mistake. Worst part is the toast never happen at my wedding. She claimed my mother requested that the champange toast be removed but it was my mother who was emailing questioning why it did not happen at the event for me because I was so upset. She also refused to check in the rentals the day I returned them, she said she had 7 days to check them to make sure they weren't broken, but I wanted her to check them in front of me and she refused and said I signed the rental agreement stating they had 7 days to check them. How does that mean that she can't check them in front of me when I return them. I would have understood if I just dropped them off when they were closed or declined an inspection, but to actually refuse to look at them when I asked. Super shady lady who uses her Tv appearances to rope you in. She will say Yes to everything and once she has your money, you get little to no and RUDE service. Like she knows you most likely will not get married again so what does she care. Then come to find out that her husband is her accountant and the photographer for her other company, her son is the manager and her daughter in law is the rental person, there is nearly no one else left to ask for help from, they are all related! STEER CLEAR

These guys are first class! Held our wedding ceremony & reception at the YWCA in downtown Fort Worth. All I can say is FANTASTIC! This company did nearly everything for me. They provided the ceremony decor and I didn't have to worry about anything. Catered For You set up the entire reception area and it was beautiful. Really, I can't say enough good things about them. I would totally recommend them to anyone.

Had my wedding ceremony in North Dallas and the reception in downtown Dallas. Catered For You provided some of the best tasting food I could have hoped for. Bambi and her able team were just great to work with. Once I realized that Catered For You owned a rental company, did wedding planning, and decorating - that made my decision easy. The staff came through in flying colors. REALLY, I couldn't have asked for more. The room was beautiful. These guys helped design my ceremony area, right down to the centerpieces. The food was fantastic, and my day was blur - but a wonderful blur. No problem ever came up that these guys couldn't adjust to. So glad I chose them. Would definately recommend!

I would like to let everyone know what an OUTSTANDING job these people do. My wedding ceremony and reception was held at the Bass Hall The decor was ABSOLUTELY STUNNING!! Don't let the name fool you. These guys are much more than caterers. They actually helpe me design and then decorated my wedding. The ceremony area was BEAUTIFUL and our reception area was set up SO well! Our entire wedding crowd was very impressed - as I heard compliments all night long. The food was not only beautifully presented, but by far the most delicious food we could have hoped for. We went with some really nice satin linens and they were worth every penny. Everything was gorgeous and I can't wait to see our pictures. The night was magical and went without a hitch. Thanks to Maggie and her able crew, it was the wedding of our dreams! If there was ever an award to be given for the best wedding designer, decorator and it ought to be you and your staff. This company is first class, all the way!

I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. I used them for my wedding last summer and it ended up a very unhappy situation. When I went to meet with Bambi for the initial meeting to select the specifics she made me wait for about 30 minutes (I arrived on time for our meeting). My email correspondence with other people in the office was friendly, but someone made a mistake on my invoice. At one point we talked about adding more to my menu, but the price I was originally quoted by another worker and the price Bambi gave me was different so I said never mind. Then they tried to charge me a fee because they left something else off of the invoice, that I did not pay in my final payment. I had sent the final payment, based on the previous invoice that they had sent. We had paid everything on time each time and they were so difficult when the last payment was short. Instead of letting me pay the difference by phone with a credit card, they required someone to come to their office to pay. My problem was not paying what we owed, because I want to take care of whatever we owe, my problem is that 2 weeks before your wedding, you do not want to deal with someone that is being extremely rude, unprofessional and difficult to work with. I did everything I was supposed to do and met all of my deadlines. We had wonderful experiences with all of our vendors except for her. On the day of the wedding, they did what they were supposed to do, the food was decent and the woman that actually came to our event was great. I did find out that some of the catering staff made plates of food and were eating out in the open at the reception! Then they ran out of food! That is very annoying that we paid so much, the numbers I gave were MORE than we actually had and they still ran out of food. It is very unprofessional for the staff to be eating before the guests, out in the open, especially when they were short on food. If you are only interested in the food and decor, this would be a decent caterer to use, but it is not worth the headache and hassle of dealing with their unprofessional behavior and poor customer service (particularly from the owner). A wedding should be a pleasant and fun event, you don't need someone like her making it unpleasant and stressful. I am not trying to be a negative person (or a hater), I gave all of our other vendors great reviews, I just wish I had known these things before I signed the contract so we could have gone with someone else and saved the headache.

I promised the staff at Catered For You that I would follow up my good experience and tell everyone on the internet. Our wedding reception was the bomb! We had such a good time from the moment we arrived, until the time we left. Justin and Anthony did a wonderful job of keeping us on schedule. Brent and I just can't tell you how nice everything looked! We were so pleased with the food. Brent IS a chef and as you can imagine, he really was quite picky about the foods we were going to serve and how everything would look. Well, all of the food came out looking and tasting great, so Brent was real happy with them. Justin really helped to keep us on our time line and Anthony's bartending was just the BEST! Thank you - Catered For You - for making our day one that we will remember!

Steven and I wanted to email you both and say what an awesome, awesome, BEAUTIFUL job Catered for You did at our wedding. Our guests raved about the food all night! Your staff was a delight to work with, professional yet down-to-earth. The evening was a dream come true. Thank you! Thank you!! Thank you!!!

Guys, you did a great job and I want everyone to know how wonderful you were.

I decided to use this company for my wedding reception and found the owner, Bambi Bach to be completely unprofessional. She discussed my wedding arrangements and agreements with guests, she was rude and pushy on the day of, and physically grabbed one of the children at my wedding. I couldn't believe she behaved that way. I was so embarrassed that she would make my guests feel uncomfortable at an event they were invited to and she was not.

I found this catering site while surfing the internet in need of a caterer for my wedding. I was impressed by the advertising pictures and events on the site so decided to meet with the company. Once I met with the owner I discovered that I would be working with a very small business with a the staff of 2. Although skeptical I decided to give the small company a chance. I wish I had gone with my gut feeling, a week before my wedding day the owner tried to extort more money after everything was suppose to be finalized. Apparently the money already given had not gone to my reception, but to keep their small business afloat, and whatever else. Unfortunately certain requests for the reception were not met and I noticed where the company tried to cut corners price wise. The company was yet applying our decorations even after guests had already arrived, the serving staff could not speak english fluently, and some of the food such as the rolls and toppings were not fresh. Although we managed to have an awesome time at our reception, I give this company a thumbs down in the area of quality, they should really work on professionalism, excellence and integrity,
