Went today absolutely fantastic place!! They had chrome Cindy was amazing and the pedicure was also amazing. Been in Fort Worth for 6 years and finally found my go to place����

Horrible customer service!! I paid 45.00 for strip lashes to be applied after being told it be 20.00 only to have to return the very next day to fix the problems i pointed out to the lash tech the previous day. The lashes were lifting again before i even made it home! normally these types of lashes last 2-3 weeks. i called the next morning to ask if i could stop by to hopefully fix the problem. I was told "no". The tech said she had no time for me even though it was her fault the lashes were not properly applied and i had paid for a service i essentially never got. i asked if i could come in the the day after that and again was told no.i explained that i had an event to attend and that the lashes were sticking up in the corners really needed the lashes fixed. Still no. the glue for these lashes is permenant and has to be professionally removed so i could not remove them myself and she knew this but did not care! i will NEVER return! luckily i found a nice shop that has great service!
