The new "D-Mark" Chairs... Not sure who thought that replacing cushy chairs that you can lean back in with these horrible things was a good idea, but I'm pretty sure they need a career evaluation. We just got done watching "The Jungle Book" in a theater at Alliance Town Center in Fort Worth, TX and as I sit here over half an hour after the movie typing this, my lower back is still killing me. Changing the seats out, allowing reservations, and jacking up the ticket price as a result is the ENTIRE reason we stopped going to the RAVE Theater in Hurst at Northeast Mall.



We did not even know they existed until we walked into the theater. They were the only decent seats left in the theater that we could sit as a group unless we wanted to go into neck stretching territory. My immediate reaction was "These things are really stiff, have minimal cushion and don't lean back like a normal seat". These seats have ZERO lumbar support.

Movie theatre is nice, tickets are very expensive. But the staff is rude, and not very welcoming.

The telephone is designed for 8 yr olds, not senior citizens. I got completely mixed up.

Also when my wife tried to order tickets, she ended up with 16 instead 2.

I believe you need a dedicated line for old people, to get a live person.
