Provided by YP.comWent there to help a friend buy a 2005 Chevy Tahoe with 100K miles. He and his wife didn't know much about the mechanical working of cars so they brought me along. I did a thorough inspection (not expecting a perfect vehicle) of the vehicle and found a few major items and brought them to the attention of the salesman. The items identified were rear air blowing hot, radio didn't work (antenna didn't seem to be plugged into the back of the radio) and the power steering pump was whining. His attitude was arrogant and his ignorance was demonstrated with each word he spoke. He was a typical fast-talking, excuse for everything salesman. His knowledge of the mechanical workings of vehicles was poor and he repeatedly demonstrated this by dismissing serious issues as common or not a big issue saying that each of these vehicles have those issues. (They do not, I have owned a number of Tahoes/Yukons/Suburbans and currently have one). He claimed that rear air was "problematic" on all SUV's and pointed at a Toyota Land Cruiser and said that it had the same issue. When we discussed the power steering pump he got in and when he heard the slight chirp he looked at me and said "seriously, that?!? I'm not even going to consider that an issue" Brilliant words from someone trying to sell a car. My friend, his wife, my wife, and I all repeatedly heard the whine on every turn we made. All this combined with the fact that the inside was a mess and was missing a number of trim pieces etc. made us leave immediately. On top of the poor quality of car he was trying to pass off on an unsuspecting victim, he was asking top dollar for this low quality car. Buyer beware! This is the type of place that gives all small dealers and salesman a bad name. Save your money and shop at a reputable dealer.
