Terrible place, terrible people. Went and applied they took my app fee and my deposit, they say second chance leasing but that's not true. I was denied and new I would get my deposit back but even though I told the lady to leave it blank in case I wasn't approved they put their name on it and it was hell to get my money back without an outrageous fee. Also the apartment I was shown smelt like roach already so I'm assuming they have a major Roach problem. Stay away unless you want to be scammed.
