Dr. Richard M Vigness MD. First I would like to say he is a blessed man who is an excellent surgon with the best bed side manner of any Doctor I've ever experienced in my life time. He is just a good person who cares for you and gives you his best everytime. No one could ask for more from your prayers to God for help. My prayers have been answered three times because of his help. Thank you Dr. Richard M Vigness I also consider you to be my friend. I'm not sure if you will receive this but, I pray you will. I am your patient I have PVD. I'm sure I'm not one of your better patients but, I expect the best from everyone you have exceeded my expections. No one could have done more for me.
