All staff were professional, easy to communicate with and caring during my clinic experience. I am thrilled to have had a successful pregnancy and can not thank clinic enough for all they have done to help.

Dr. Thomas was informative and helpful through our entire IUI and then IVF process.

Every staff member I have encountered have been wonderful and so supportive during this journey. I will forever be grateful for the care and time taken with me during every visit.

This has been such a positive experience. I ended up conceiving prior to my first appointment and Dr. Thomas and the entire team made me feel comfortable and confident that everything was on track and I was in good hands. Dr. Thomas was extremely straight forward with us from the start which was highly appreciated. This type of attention and direct communication was important to us, especially after having a miscarriage. I have also never experienced such nice and warm front desk staff. Wish I could continue on with you all throughout the pregnancy!

We really appreciate the care from Dr Thomas, and staff. Bedside manner was excellent, which helped aid in truly making us feel like we matter most. we never felt like a number, just thankfully for making our dream a reality.

Dr. Thomas has been amazingly knowledgeable, nurturing, and professional in addition to her nurse and staff. The technology and facility are also top tier which really helps settle the nerves of a first pregnancy. I also appreciate how organized their record keeping and documentation are.

We love the entire staff at Care Fertility and cannot say enough great things about Dr. Thomas. She has helped us through some dark times of infertility, and now thanks to her we are expecting our second IVF baby!

We loved the opportunity to work with Dr. Thomas! She was always very compassionate and never rushed appointments or conversations. You can tell that Dr. Thomas truly enjoys what she does and helping couples achieve their dream of starting a family. The staff at the Fort Worth campus were always kind and genuinely cared about my progress, concerns, and side effects. I appreciate their compassion in what has been one of the most stressful seasons of our lives. We are beyond grateful to have been patients at CARE Fertility and to be given the chance to start our family with their help. The only recommendation I would make is in regard to the ability to contact and connect with the IVF coordinators same day. I am a working professional, who is unable to answer personal calls at work at a moment's notice, and getting to have a conversation with an IVF coordinator became a source of stress in setting up for my stimulation and transfer cycles.

Overall a great experience! The staff are wonderful and the Doctors make sure you understand every step of the way. This is my first time going through this process and cannot be happier with the facility! Everyone is very nice, understanding and caring.! At times it can be difficult to get a hold of the staff when calling over the phone but they always call me back within 2 business days. I would recommend coming to Care Fertility to anyone needing help.
