My experience with Excel has been nothing but positive so far. All ASE certified mechanics who know their stuff. Honest, hard working, with very reasonable labor rates. I most recently had an engine replaced and they did a superb job. When I went to pick the car up there was a minor electrical problem and they worked and worked until it was resolved. It allowed me to observe their diagnostic skills and I was very impressed. If you know something about cars, and have been to more than one shop in the recent past, you will be pleased with the level of service at Excel. It's a smaller shop so you will deal directly with the owner. I recommend them without reservation.

We live locally in Crowley and feel blessed to have found Excel Auto. We own a Toyota and had previously taken it to dealerships for maintenance. We initially tried Excel at a friend's recommendation. Our car is getting older and is starting to have little things occur. The owner treats the problems conservatively and has saved us much over time. You could not ask for a more honest appraisal. We consistantly take our car to Excel for oil changes and all other Toyota repairs. The owner meets with every customer and gives a truthful account of the car's needs. His knowledge of Toyota maintenance is current, and he will tell you what is recommended by the manufacturer - without any hard sell. As a result of our experiences, we've recommended Excel to several people who have a Toyota or Lexus. All in all, we're very pleased customers!
