If you want to save time and money, listen to me, do not hire this guy. Dealt with this "Crook" first hand.

1. Crappy Project Mgmt.

2. Four week project was finally completed after 16 weeks with too many things still incomplete.

3. Phony Invoices, Sub contractor quotes, over all bad General Contractor.

4. Very unprofessional.

5. Billing us for un aproved Change Orders.

6. Will put Lein against your property if you don't pay him what ever he demands.

7. Crappy Agreement.

8. Keeps changing his proposal every 2 days.



In the end we ended up having to do our own flooring, our own store front, our own glass, our own air balancing, didn't even do a final walk thru, but has submitted invoices $ 35,000 over the original initial bid. This guy manufactures change orders like you have never seen before. We are having to sue this Crook. Save yourself some trouble and stay away from FMG and BILL MCGUIRE. and if you have to hire him be sure to have your attorney's involved right from the bidding process. one of the most crappy GC i have come across.
