We've ordered 3 times over the last 5-6 years and could not be happier.

Customer service was excellent (I've dealt with Rachel 2x and she was great) and the quality of our uniforms is by far the best we have ever purchased. Our last set of jerseys arrived a week earlier than expected!

My softball team has ordered our uni's for years from Rover. They have the best pants on the market, they are very comfortable. Customer service has always been good, and always delivered when promised. I would recommend all teams to check them out!

I have used RPN (rover plus nine) for 4+ years. We absolutely love the product and cant say enough about the friendly staff. Every person I have spoke with has gone above and beyond to make sure we are happy and are expectations are met. The pants are like no other. They are the best made pants on the market. The shirts are well below any price and the quality is above standard. The last order I made was for our childs 9U all-star team. The team needed them with in the week and Rachel was able to get them made and on my doorstep by that Thursday. This was the first year we ordered hats, they are pacific hats and we where so impressed, as was everyone on the fields the day we handed them to our team. We ran out that day as everyone around wanted one. I cant say enough about how well they have treated us and ensure that we have the best product at the lowest prices. Keep up the great work RPN!

I'll start off by saying the product (full-dye jersey) is great as is the initial customer service when you place your order. Unfortunately, that's where the positive review ends.



When I ordered the product, their website advertised one price but when you went to actually order, they were charging another price. I politely let them know this and instead of honoring the advertised price, they quickly removed the ad from their website. This should've raised a red flag but I read all the positive reviews on Facebook and figured it was just a fluke.



When I ordered, the website said four weeks production time from the time the artwork is approved. When I got the first email back with the artwork, it was still four weeks. Unfortunately, they missed some directions in the design our team wanted and they had to redo the artwork, costing several more days.



When I got this artwork back, the time in the representative's email signature had changed to five weeks production time. After waiting for over six weeks and not hearing anything from the company, I contacted them. I was told that our jerseys would probably be done the next week.



I politely expressed my dissatisfaction and asked if there was any way we could get the shirts by the following Thursday as we were now four games into our season. The representative got back to me a couple of days later saying they'd call me to discuss shipping options if they were done in time and they'd throw in some free t-shirts.



I said to keep the shirts as I was only concerned about getting the product I ordered by the following Thursday. Late in the afternoon on the following Wednesday, I was contacted by someone in shipping. As a customer, I was thinking they were going to bend over backwards as they say they will on their website to make this right. Unfortunately, the phone call was simply to ask if I wanted to upgrade the shipping at my cost. They didn't even to offer to split the difference with me on next day air!



So, we started with a four week production time and they ended up getting the jerseys done in seven weeks! I have them in hand at about eight weeks. I've found a couple of reviews on Yellow Pages online dated around mid-May that all say the same thing as I've just expressed here.



In summary, excellent product but they don't live up to the promise on their website to bend over backwards for you. The customer service was very good when I placed the order and immediately afterwards but there was no follow-up to let you know that they were behind and to give you an update. No effort (other than a few free t-shirts) was made to even meet me in the middle and make me a satisfied customer.



Overall, I'm extremely disappointed with this transaction as I came in with such high hopes for a great experience. Unfortunately, in the end, I couldn't wait for the experience to be over.

I had an awful experience with...

I had an awful experience with this company . Ordered $600 worth of jerseys and the production date continued to change - getting further and further into the season. When it became to long to wait & I cancelled the order, they took 6 weeks to refund my money, were very rude and I was hung up on by the owner when I asked why it would take so long.



Terrible service, rude customers - products look great, but I would never spend a dime there or recommend to anyone.
