Hello,

I went to one of your stores in September or so of 2012 and bought a pair of $125+ shoes. I really like them and wear them daily. I noticed that the cushion isn't as supportive of my heel as much as it was before so I called the store today and asked if they could order a new cushion for my shoes and to ask about walking/athletic shoes and if there were any sales going on since I'm in the market for a few new pair of shoes. First, I don't live close to your store nor do I drive to that area hardly ever. Second, in a day of identity theft and such, I don't give out my credit card information over the phone. Anyway, the male person who I spoke with (also the same person who sold me my shoes), said he had all of my information and that he could order the insert cushions and the cost would be $20.00 for the pair. I said great and he said it would take 10-15 days to come in and they would call me when they do. He then asked for my credit card number to order. I explained that I don't give that information on the phone and that I live in Mansfield and that the location is far from me. He proceeded to tell me he lives in Arlington and he drives there everyday. Honestly, I wondered what that had to do with anything since he chose to have that job at that location...that's by choice. He said he would try to order them but if the "owner" had a problem with it, he would call me back. I received a call back within an hour from him stating I have a size that's not normal and they would have to have prepayment in case I don't pick them up whether that means giving a credit card over the phone or driving all the way there to pay then driving back to pick them up when they come in.

Ok, first of all, that's really bad customer service! Obviously since I've purchased the shoes from you and you have all of my info, I had every intention of picking them up, otherwise I would not have even called. Second, we are talking only $20.00, not even close to the price of the shoes. Third, you are going to lose a customer over this...all of your shoes are over $100.00 a pair and there are other orthopedic shoe stores and I was hoping your store was going to be my new one but I guess not......and I'm posting this to all the online review sites I can find.
