I've bought here multiple times. I always had it delivered. Today I picked up the load. I prepaid for grass so it would be ready when I arrived. When I got there the loader said to go in the office and pay more because it was on a pallet. Really? He also said the pallet that was mine was given away and this pallet had 20 more pcs and I had to pay the difference. I stayed in my truck and called the office. Jeff the owner came out because there was an issue. He immediately started screaming and flapping his arms around. He said he was going to fire the sweet girl for telling me it would be ready. I asked him to listen and he went off "Don't you tell me to listen!" The grass isn't cheaper or better quality here so they've lost me forever.

I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking in the landscaping their yards.

I used fort worth Grass and Stone for my very first grass buying experience. The quality of the grass was excellent and the customer service was great. I couldnt have asked for more. I recomend it for anyone in the market for grass.

this place has horrible customer service... the owner is extremely disrespectful, , i was personally insulted by him... just because i was not satisfied with the grass they delivered to my home..it was in really bad conditions and could not be planted.. . in my life had i ever been insulted by anyone the way i was insulted by this person.. all he had to do was replace the bad grass he delivered for good grass and he did not.... i would never reccomend this place to anyone..

I recently needed my entire yard re-sodded. The people here were very friendly and knew their product and helped me in choosing the best type of grass for my yard. The grass was green and healthy, reasonably priced and you cannot beat the service. Delivery went as promised. I would recommend this place again and again.

I bought grass from this company last year and this year I am having to till the area where I laid this sod before I can put down sod from someone else. The owner was rude and very unhelpful.
