Provided by YP.comDO NOT send your loved one to this facility. My mother is a stoke victim and a fall risk. She fell 3 TIMES while there, once the 1st night. She fell again within days of being released from physical therapy, than the THIRD time 1 1/2 hours of being brought back there from the hosp. from the previous fall. Her face was horrifically bruised on both sides from the falls. The CNA's are mostly english as a 2nd language, so it's very difficult to understand them, and the ones you can understand clearly don't want to be there and give 20% 100 percent of the time. The physical therapist do seem to care and work with the patients, but that's the only nice thing I have to say about the place. Please look around and do your homework before entrusting your loved one into their care.

Provided by YPmobileThey are not nice to their loyal staff. Nurse Josefina is simply uncaring towards her staff and full of herself. Favoritism is obvious. The DON is cold and uncaring, very unprofessional. Mary Castro tries to appear as nice, but is just as bad and obviously fake. The administrator just watched,it all and has no power.

Provided by YP.comClean place, but not worth twice the cost of other locations.
The staff smile and seem friendly, but most of their revolving low paid staff can't be bothered to even make sure the patients are fed 3 square meals. =
I been lied to my face several times.

Provided by YPmobileWas real impressed when I took my mother there for re-hab. They seem to have a lot of staff and had activities to keep residents busy. My mother is a fall risk and had just broken her elbow. I emphasized that she needed to be watched carefully for 2 weeks till she got hard cast on her arm. I told them I would pay for a private nurse if I had to in order to make sure she didn't fall. They assured that they could watch her. Needless ton say she fell and hurt her elbow. Took her to Dr and she still had a couple of pins holding together so he cast it to let it heal on it's own. Well she fell again and the rest of the pins came out. She had to have surgery for the 2nd time on her elbow and now has a staff infection and will be on antibiotics for 3-4 months. She is no longer at Garden Terrace.
