Bob is back! This has been our only place that we will store our furs and how happy we were to walk in and see the owner back after a long struggle with health issues. This place cares about their customers and gives old fashioned, quality, excellent service. I won't do business with any others when it comes to my furs. I love that they price things fairly and aren't just out for their own profit but take time to give me great service and service my furs professionally taking care to detail.

Gavrel Furs has been cleaning, glazing, and storing my furs for over 15 years. They do a great job and have the absolute best prices in town. I wouldn't even consider going any where else. Their customer service is excellent along with their craftsmanship. I love to support family run businesses like Gavrel Furs!

Was recommended to use these people. I used them to store my wifes fur coat & to clean my $700 leather sport coat as well. I learned my lesson fully after the cleaning & I went to pick up my coat. Not only did they not offer to replace my sport coat or pay me the replacement cost, but then insulted my intelligence by saying it'll be ok just put some mink oil on it that way it'll have a rustc look! I mean they told me it would be a little darker from the beige look, but spotted cat afterwards I mean I looked like someone threw oil in random spots all over the coat! I will never nor would I EVER RECOMMEND these people I mean horrible service.
