They have good communications skill the good on making sure everyone have on their mask and wash their hands before enter the building

I been coming for years they are good people in nice they make feel welcome and they are extremely good at what they due to save lives

The team is awesome. My first time donating was amazing i wasnt scared at all. I was greeted at the door and they also said bye to me on the way out. They made sure i was good throughout the hole process and they made sure i was still good after i was done as well... My experience all in all was awesome...

Nice and clean places to donate some of the people is nice and friendly to talk too l like coming here to donate.

The place is clean and the wait is shorter than most I have been to. The staff is nice and they have a good system. If you refer a buddy you actually get $50 on their second donation but you have to remind them before they load the money to your card. My only problem is that I only donate once a week. When I first donated my compensation was $75, then $40, $40, $40, then $75 again. The next time I went I only got $25 and they sais I was getting new donor rates before but now I am a repeat donor so my rates dropped. If I only donate once a week that is all I get but if I go a second time in the same calendar week I will get $50. I guess that is basically how all plasma places are. This place does not pay any extra for your weight though. I weigh over 200 pounds and when I donate they nearly fill the bottle up. I have seen much smaller people come in and not have to donate nearly as much but everybody gets paid the same.
