We have used this location for years on a reglar basis. On Sunday We took our son and grandson for dinner. The silverware had to be sent back three times, because it was dirty (food still on it), my cup had to be sent back, (lipstick on it) and the place was filthy. I have never seen I Hop look like this. The service was slow as all get out, there seemed to be only two servers, and one was unable to seat more than one table at a time. The servers were begging the cooks to get the food out, and when it did, it was of poor quality and lukewarm. The new decor is wonderful, but sort of cool in comparison to the old one and the food and service were completely off the mark. Tables needed to be bussed, floors needed to be cleaned of food and in general it was a mess. Either clean up this location, or we will find some other place to eat. Maybe you need a new manager or managers. Whoever was on that day, needs and update, plus your manager should never, never be cooking....he/she can only do one job well. Check your manager teaching guides. Knowledge of what each thing is, but have it covered by delegation. If corporate is not giving him/her leaveway to do this, than they need a new leader.
