I went in today to purchase a Foundation and needed help matching my color. I asked each employee individually, but was told to wait every time. I waited until they were available to help me, but rather than help out, they each went on to help the next customer. It was obvious that they rather help someone find an item than actually have to do any work and help someone with a match. They kept telling each other to help me and no one took initiative. I again asked each employee and was given the same response. I was in the story for about 45 minutes and was completely ignored because I needed help with something that actually involved them having to work for a few seconds.

Most of the time when I go to this particular store, they are great. Someone always asks me if I need help. They didn't do that this time, instead they talked behind a counter and when I asked for help it took them a couple of minutes to respond. I will continue to come here, but I won't be treated that way again.
