Jenny the people are nice sometimes to busy to help you,, the hair is to much, seems like double the price idk , i go because the workers are nice. to busy to help i feel like i be getting on they nerves so i leave ,I'M talking about the one on mansfield hwy, the one on meadowbrook always helpful

They have alot of selection of hair and supplies to choose from but the only downfall is that people are alway loitering in front the store and always stopping and asking you to buy stuff from them. It very annoying ,all I want to do is buy some hair and leave.

I have purchased lots of wigs and other items from Jenny Beauty Supply over the years, but my last purchase has totally changed my mind of this store. On September 20, 2011, I purchased what I thought was a Human Hair wig (the sign on the wig said 100% human). I paid a pretty penny for this wig, only to find out that I actually purchased a human hair blend wig. You can't even curl it with a curling iron!!!!!!!!!! I consider this false advertisement and will not make anymore purchases from Jenny!!!!!!!

I GO HERE ALL THE TIME...THE STAFF IS HELPFUL AND KNOWLEDGABLE [SPELL CHECK LOL], AND THEY HAVE A WIDE ORGANIZED SELECTION. AND DEPENDING ON HOW MUCH YOU SPEND THEY GIVE YOU FRRE STUFF LIKE LIPGLOSS AND SAMPLES!
