Hopefully you'll never have to deal with this company. Bought a single wide from Palm Harbor and JY was the company that set our mobile home. They placed blocks directly under a window. The blocks are not supporting a beam so now the window will not shut. The home is also not level. Used a 4' level to verify one side is about 1" lower than the other on a single-wide. Water pools in the corner of the sink and we have to prop up the corner of our microwave. Have been waiting for over three weeks for them to come fix this mess but just get the run around, if they reply at all.

If you need a mobile home placed in a tight spot these are the guys to call they have the right equipment to get the job done .

My wife called everyone. JY was 1500.00 less than the most expensive, and 75.00 higher than the lowest. Showed up early and made our move a success in only 1 day. Would not recommend any company but JY
