Worse place ever. Units are loaded with roaches and vermin. Office staff could care less when informed. Multiple families in the units. Unsupervised kids roaming and tearing property up, playing on patios, trying to enter apartments.

Nothing about it is ADA compliant. Maintenance staff is nice but are treated shabby...as are the tenants. Nickel and dime you to death. Trash compactor is constantly surrounded by mountains of trash. The heavy steel door on it is super heavy for a short person or one with a disability.

Two of the ladies in the office seem OK, but they keep hiring a third worker. The last three they hired are the pitts. Rude, uninformed...zero personality.

Repairs are made promptly, which is nice. But the maintenance guys don't have anything to work with.

My car was broken into here in front of the office. There are no garages to rent.

When it's icy out...forget them deicing sidewalks, hills and parking lot. The only sidewalks deiced is where the office staff lives. You are left to bust your azz on the slick walkways. Some sidewalks are unlighted after dark and are dangerously dark and slick at night. The office staff said it wasn't their responsibility.

After you've lived here awhile...you will begin to wonder why new move in's are renting a lot cheaper than you when you renew your lease. Once you move in, there are no specials for you. Only irritation.
