Worst customer service ever. Staff is rude and disrespectful. I had hopes of having an event there. I arrived super excited about the location and venue only to be ignored for 5 minutes. and finally when waited on treated like a second class citizen. I don't recommend this venue at all. I've placed on my do not use list.

Beware of this company. They are rude and tend to dismiss their customer complaints.

I was a wine club member for a few months. After getting the wine I decided it wasn’t worth

the money and the taste of the wines are inconsistent. The owner Carol and the employee that works the front area

will charge your card without permission and hang up in your face when you contact them for resolution.

Has a very nice appearance of southern charm. But the prices are a bit over the top for the selection of food and wine. I would think about trying a taste of the menu before diving right in...
