had a speeding ticket ... called jim lollar office ... 41.00 to nego the fine also stated could poss nego lower rate and 30 days probation ... guess what ... rate for ticket and what his office charged was the same as the ticket ... and no 30 days probation ..only 90 days ... better off going myself next time ... also the lady that took my money stated after i paid the fine to them on my behalf that the loc of ticket never gets lower due to the area ... why didnt they say that before i paid them 41.00 ... what a bunch of scam artist... stay away from this office ...
