We hired Bruce Chadwick to entertain at my sons 6th birthday this past Saturday the 18th of August. We had guests ranging from 2 to 50 in age and every single person was entertained. He kept everyone laughing, and provided plenty of "wow" moments. His show flowed and kept everyone glued to what he was doing. He brought several people into the magic show. My son is interested in levitation, I mentioned this to Bruce when I booked him and BAM... my son can now do a magic trick.. He took the time to teach him a small trick. That meant the world to my son. There was balloon making for the guests and then ended with a beautiful bunny. WOW.. is all I can say... When I started planning, I wanted to make sure that my son was left with something that he would remember. We stayed up so late that night so he could show me tricks. I saw magician Bruce Chadwick and his crew perform their big Theatre of Illusion show the other day as a fundraising effort for the Pantego Lions Club. I mainly went along because my kids wanted to see the show. Honestly I was expecting some version of a birthday party magician. Boy was I wrong! This guy is as good as any magician I have seen in Vegas! He didn't have all the flashy scenery of vegas, but he did some of the most incredible illusion effects I have ever seen. The show was a full hour and a half and he held the audience in the palm of his hand. He was funny, mystifying, and sophisticated to easily hold the attention of the young folks and adults alike. All I can say is that I had a great time at the show and look forward to seeing this dynamic magical entertainer again.
