Absolutely positively do not do business with this man, he arrived at my house, fell through my ceiling causing $700 worth of damage, left the house without fixing the AC and leaving a giant mess in my living room. He also shocked himself several times and blew out my thermostat and a second transformer. When asked to pay for the damages he did to my ceiling he cursed me out over the phone and threatened to send code enforcement to my house.

I will now be pursuing legal action via small claims Court’s and reporting him to the Texas Licensing Board.

The man working here SCREAMED at me and was very RUDE on the phone stating no one answered our door when he came by. No one called, no visit was scheduled and after telling me they would call me back to reschedule they simply alleys my home warranty company and refused to serve us. This caused another 3 day delay over the weekend. Very u professional and untrustworthy. I plan on sharing this exponent every social media forum they advertise on to save any others waiting in 100 degree Texas heat for service! Pitiful!
