HORRIBLE COMPANY, NEVER EVER FALL FOR THIS COMPANY'S FALSE CLAIMS OR SHADY BUSINESS TACTICS. I WAS PRESSURED INTO SIGNING A CONTRACT THAT I WAS TOLD COULD BE CANCELLED WITHIN 30 DAYS WHICH WAS A COMPLETE LIE. STEER CLEAR OF THESE THIEVES!!!!! NOTICE ON THE LEASE AGREEMENT WHERE THE SALES REP WROTE 90 DAY FREE TRIAL, WHICH WAS A COMPLETE LIE!!!

Stay away from Company. They took your money out from your bank without your consent (Unauthorized). Totally disappoint with this company. Highly Recommended to NOT doing business with them.

If it was possible I would rate this company ZERO stars. Merimac Capital is ABSOLUTE CRIMINALS. Father passed away, we returned the credit card machine but continued to be charged a monthly fee despite numerous calls. Refused to refund any money even though the machine had been returned 11 months prior to the charges ending. Every time you ask to speak with a supervisor they claim that, "He is in a meeting and you'll have to leave a voicemail." No one calls back, EVER. Believe the reviews, these people are Inhumane CRIMINALS CRIMINALS CRIMINALS!

Pure thiefs, be aware. Their representative was very pushy and liar. they stole from me my first sale of over 3 thousand dollars and they said they will hold it for 6 months before release the payment to me!! they play stupid, but they are not, they are mafia, disgusting company. We all should report them. I DO NOT UNDERSTAND HOW THEY ARE STILL IN BUSINESS AND THE LAW IS NOT DOING NOTHING!

This is an incredibly disreputable company. I used them to process my credit cards for three years and ended my contract as soon as the three years were up. After I ended my contract with them they came into my account and stole an additional $755. My bank cannot return it because of the electronic way it was taken. I am very angry and feel duped!

This company sucks , my whole bussiness burned down and they stil continue chanrging me the lease amount. they have a sharp sales people which tells you no contract but will screw you up. dont do it ..

A high pressure salesman duped me into signing up. This was a horrible mistake. This company stole thousands of dollars from me. The salesman looked me in the eyes while telling me blatant lies. If you are smart enough to look up reviews before signing up = DO NOT DO IT! There are all kinds of hidden fees and cancellation fees.

My aunt past away leaving me in charge of her estate. We sent a death certificate and was told that was all that was needed to stop this contract. They continue to harass me by calling with rude threats of during me for equipment that we do not even have. The customer is deceased and I examined that to them. I was ask "what did I want some sympathy flowers" when I tried to once again explain my aunt killed herself. They are very unprofessional and continue to threaten me who is not even a customer of theirs. NEVER UAE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE TERRIBLE AND LIE TO CUSTOMERS.

These people are monstrous sociopaths who use trickery and draconian contracts to prey upon small business owners and then rob them blind at the first sign of trouble. They also have many many fronts to hide their nature and escape their reputation.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY...TOTAL RIPOFF AND WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY FOR YEARS TO COME EVEN WHEN YOU CANCEL SERVICES BEFORE RENEWAL.

These people don't deserve a star rating of any kind. I would give them a rating of 10 thumbs down. Don't do business with these people. We have had our machine for 4 months, paid a non refundable Application Fee of $149.00, a $95.00 annual fee, $51.00 a month credit card fee (for each month), a $7.00 card fee (per month) and $33.00 a month for the lease of the machine. They sent a message last week that they are going to debit our account for a Security Fee (this is an annual fee) of $124.75. We have not even used this machine once and it has already cost all of the above fees. I should have known the day I signed up with them that they were not someone that I should do business with. Originally they wanted to charge me$49.99 a month for the lease of the machine, but when I told him that was too much he asked me how much I wanted to pay. I said $30.00 and he re-wrote the contract to say $28.80 per month plus tax. It still comes to more that the original $30.00 that I said I would pay. I suggest you run their salesman off if he comes to your business. Their salesman is the biggest liar you have ever met. When he left our business he told us that the only fees we would have to pay were if we used the card and our monthly lease fee. We have tried to get out of our contract but so far have been unsuccessful. We have also filed a complaint with the BBB of Fort Worth Texas.

Find another company. This company will continue to bill you even after your lease is up.
