I can't speak for the dealership, but can for the quality of salesmen they'll employ. Chad Jones is a salesman at Neal. I've worked with Chad personally at an independent business. We were all close friends. Money started coming up missing & the owner caught Chad stealing it. Once he was caught, he tried to lie his way out of it. When he couldn't lie his way out, he went on a campaign to spin the situation to make himself out to be the victim. Smearing the owner & myself. If Chad would do that to close friends, what would he do to a total stranger looking to buy a used car from him? If you're thinking of buying a car from Neal, I would recommend working with a different salesman.

Don't buy any type of car from these guys if its used. They reset the engine lights and add just enough of a band aid so that a week later when the engine light comes on, it's already too late to take the car back. They change dates and will sneak in extra money on the sale agreement. They also sell extended warranty packages that have disclaimers that if the car had been poorly taken care of by a previous owner the company doesn't have to pay for any damaged parts. So take my advice, and learn from our very expensive mistake and try somewhere else (no matter how much you want that car or that they are willing to find you financing).
