Provided by YP.comAfter multiple attempts to get our truck in to have the State Inspection done, Tech not working, Scheduled off, or the store was closed, we get our truck in on Friday3/13.
After 3.5 hrs. we were told the truck failed because of the gas cap. Were recommended to go buy a gas cap somewhere else and come back.
Monday 3/ 16 - Arrive at shop Tech was not working.
Tuesday 3/17 - Call to confirm tech is working in the morning, Arrive after 12:30pm when Tech is scheduled to be there. Tech went home early.
Wednesday 3/18 - Call to confirm again tech is going to be there.... Arrive after 12:30 pm to finish inspection. Wait for over an hour to have them tell my wife that "The printer is broken there is nothing we can do". At which point Manager "Randy" refunds the paid for inspection and tells her to go to another place for the inspection.
5 Days of trying to get our Vehicle inspected = NOTHING!
When I called and spoke with Randy regarding the issue his attitude did not reflect one of customer service or caring about the issue. When I informed him that I would no longer be using NTB's services the conversation was over.
Will not be returning or recommending NTB to anyone again.

Provided by YP.comI hit a curb, and got 2 flats. I had my car towed here since I had just had my tires rotated here 2 weeks prior. They replaced the tires, putting the new ones on the rear, and did an alignment. I got my car back, and it made some horrible noise. I took it back, and the mechanic told me it was my clutch. It sounded like a tire to me, so I had the sales rep ride with me. He agreed it was a tire. The mechanic and the manager came back, and said I had a bad tire and assured me that a new tire would fix the problem. Yes - the same store rotated this tire twice in the past 2 weeks and didn't notice it was bad until now. I bought a new tire, and the noise was still there. I called the 800 number and asked to take my car to another NTB to have it fixed. I was told the regional manager would call me back within 24 hours. I called again 2 days later. It's been 5 days, and I'm still waiting for the regional manager to call me back. I took my car to 2 other places and was told I had damaged a wheel bearing when I hit the curb. It's fixed now - by someone else.
