I am a long time customer of NTB in Burleson. Today my teenage daughter stopped at this location for help with a low tire and the NTB employee told her to go put air in the tire. The manager of this store needs to have a meeting with his employees.

I went to National Tire and battery on the 5th of February 2015 to purchase new tires for my trailblazer. The initial tires that I bought where too large and were placed on the truck anyway it was near closing time when I have gone but they went ahead and took my truck in and installed the tires. When I left I noticed that the tires were rubbing rather badly and I got out and checked they were rubbing on the suspension on the side wall which would have caused a blow out so I pulled back into the parking lot as TJ was leaving he had already shut down the store and close down the shop. I explain to him what was going on he was more than happy to open the shop back up pull my truck back in and replace my tires with ones that fit properly his customer service skills and work ethic are absolutely phenomenal and I am more than impressed even though there was a slight hiccup I will be more than happy to return to them and give them more of my business

I had an oil chgn, tire rotation, and wheel alignment and they were very quick with getting me taken care of! thanks Brandon, mgr n Jeff n staff!
