Don't move Here We moved into these apartments November 2014.

1. On our move in day the Apartment was not cleaned properly - the side of the kitchen stove had nasty food and grease spills all down the side of the stove. The office was supposed to send someone to clean it but no one ever did.

2.the first night staying here water began coming through the walls in the master bathroom. because a pipe broke. Also the tub was nasty and they didn't bring the new tub until a couple days later.



3.Bug Problems - A couple of weeks later I had gone into our guest Bathroom during the day time. On the counter there were A lot of black bugs

Huddled together and some crawling crawling in the sink and on the counter. I took pictures and made a video it was just disgusting

It was a weekend so the office promised to have pest control come out the following Monday, but no one came. We paid out of our pocket for a pest control company to come out. they said that we had sugar ants.

The apartment pest control came a week later after we already hired a company to treat our apartment. They actually had a key and entered without knocking while I was in bed half dressed..

5. Currently the apartment above us toliet flooded really bad and it basically

urine was coming down our Walls and our vents in our guest bathroom bedroom and hallway. Our floor was soaked. They claim to have repair the problem but we are still having an issue. This has been a problem off and on for a couple of weeks. Imagine coming in your bathroom and its raining urine and

Sewage down on you. we can't even use the toilet in there because it has been dripping directly over our toilet, part of our sink, on the floor, and over the tub. Since Sunday night around 9pm to Monday evening around 4pm

I have pictures and videos. The office will not have anyone to come clean our apartment. The manager suggest we get cleaning supplies and clean it ourselves because they do not clean occupied apartments. Also we are starting to get bed bugs. Maintenance in very incompetent. when you calm down for emergencies at night they give us a lot of excuses why they can't come out or they won't show up. even after calling the office maintenance still has not come at all but they went to the apartment above us where the issue began.

Terrible apartments. The air doesn't work. They do not tend to maintenance calls. The neighbors bathtub leaks, dripping from our ceiling. This has been going on for months, and nothing has been done about it. My sister lived here for a while as well. She and her husband suffered with no air for more than three months before they finally moved out. Avoid this place at all costs!
